Walking into a room of mirrors might feel as intimidating as hell, but you know by the end of class you will walk out feeling longer, leaner and physically exhausted. Yet, somehow you also feel brighter and energized.
How is it possible that such tiny movements can cause fatigue to the point of shaking? Burning each muscle to the point of exhaustion, barre work is not for the faint of heart or those with low pain tolerance. By challenging yourself beyond your limits, those “up an inch, down an inch” movements take you to your edge and chisel out beautifully strong muscles.
